Khoupum SDO office inaugurated

Imphal, Dec 29: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh today inaugurated SDO Office at Khoupum Valley in Noney district.
Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam and Revenue Minister I Hemochandra also accompanied the Chief Minister in the inaugural function.
Khoupum sub-division comes under the newly created district Noney. Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh highlighted the important of the newly inaugurated SDO office and appealed people to make good use of the office.
Chief Minister further elaborated the role of Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam in maintaining peaceful co-existence among the various people of the state. He said Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam is a selfless politician who has been working hard for good governance and for better understandings between various communities of the state.
Senior IGP Kailum, DC of Noney and the SDO of Khupum Sub division also attended the inaugural function.
