The selection trials for the 2nd Hockey India (Sub Junior & Junior) Men & Women East Zone Championship 2024 are set to commence from July 14th to 21st in Kolkata, West Bengal. These trials will determine the teams that will compete in the championship scheduled to take place from July 24th to 30th in Guwahati, Assam.
L. Basanta, General Secretary of Manipur Hockey, announced that the trials for Manipur players will be conducted from June 28th to 30th, starting at 7:00 am, at the Mini Sports Complex at Akampat Hockey Turf Field.
Hockey Manipur has called on all interested women players from District Units and Club Units affiliated with Manipur Hockey to attend the trials. Players are requested to arrive in full kits on June 28th, 2024, at 7:00 am at the Mini Sports Complex at Akampat Hockey Turf Field.
