Imphal, Dec 12: Commander of 9 Sector Assam Rifles Brig. Jai Singh Bainsla today flagged off “North East Team” taking part in the “National Sport Climbing Championship” to be held from 17th to 20th December 2016, at Bangalore. The team includes 13 climbers from Manipur, 2 from Nagaland, 2 from Arunachal, 2 from Assam, 2 from Mizoram, 1 from Sikkim, 3 from Tripura, 1 Team Coach from Manipur & 1 Manager from Sikkim.
