Youths form ‘Youth For Change’ in Oinam AC

A new youth body named Youth For Change has been formed by the youths of 13 villages under Oinam Assembly Constituency in the aftermath of the tragic demise of Khumukcham Jibon of Irengbam Mamang Leikai. The organization was formally established at Jibon’s residence, where a large number of people gathered on Saturday.
Members from villages including Irengbam, Oinam, Leimaram, Heinoubok, Yumnam Khunou, and Keinou, along with others from across the constituency, have joined together under the banner of the new organization.
According to members, Youth For Change has been set up with the primary aim of addressing the collective concerns of the constituency and to take up social responsibilities with unity and commitment. The body announced that it would serve as a platform to respond effectively during natural calamities and provide necessary relief and assistance to the affected people.
The members also expressed their determination to make the organization a strong voice of the youths in Oinam Assembly Constituency. They asserted that with growing participation and collective strength, Youth For Change is expected to play an influential and decisive role in the political and social landscape of the constituency, including in the forthcoming 13th Manipur Assembly Election.
