The Tribal Youth Council Manipur (TYCM), General Headquarters, has expressed gratitude to the Government of Manipur for promoting Dr. Immanuel K. Muivah, IPS (MA-2000), to the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) on February 25, 2025.
The council stated that the tribal community takes pride in Dr. Muivah’s achievement and hopes that he will continue his dedicated service toward nation-building, strengthening the state’s security, and improving governance. They also expressed confidence that he would play a significant role in advancing the development and welfare of Manipur’s tribal communities.
Extending their best wishes, the TYCM-GHQ conveyed their prayers for divine blessings upon Dr. Muivah and his family, hoping for his success in his responsibilities and future endeavours.
