State Level RTI Essay Competition 2025 results announced

The Manipur Information Commission has announced the results of the State Level RTI Essay Competition 2025, organized as part of the observance of RTI Week 2025. The competition was held on October 7, 2025, at the Training Hall of the State Academy of Training, Takyelpat.
According to a press release issued by the Commission, Naorem Chelsia of Manipur University secured the first position, while Naorem Rojen Singh from Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence, Manipur University, bagged the second position. The third position went to Khoisanam Athouba Tombo of LMS Law College, Imphal.
The consolation prizes were awarded to Longjam Bikash Singh (Thoubal College), Sokhareipem Keishing (Modern College, Imphal), and Khundrakpam Gyanendro Singh (LMS Law College, Imphal).
All the winners and participants will be felicitated with prizes and certificates of participation during the Closing Ceremony of RTI Week 2025, scheduled to be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025, at the Auditorium Hall of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Government of Manipur, Imphal.
