Imphal, Jan 19:
The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, in collaboration with Gram Vikas Manipur, organized a one-day health camp at the Kumbi Community Hall Relief Camp today. The camp primarily focused on providing medical assistance to inmates from the relief camps in the Kumbi area.
Around 200 individuals from different relief camps participated in the health camp, and were facilitated by doctors from various departments of RIMS, including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Medicine, and Eye Care. The camp provided medical assistance, conducted health screenings, and raised awareness about hygiene and sanitation.
Local residents and camp inmates expressed their gratitude to Dr. G. Sunilkumar Sharma, Director of RIMS, and his team for their efforts in organizing the camp.
