A one-day free medical camp was held at the Uchekon Chongabi Community Hall in Thongju Assembly Constituency, organized by Thingujam Munindro Singh @ Imo Lukok and his family of Khongman Zone 5.
Speaking at the one-day free medical camp,local resident RK Babu expressed that the camp began at 9:00 AM and concluded at 4:00 PM. The initiative aimed to provide essential medical support to residents affected by the recent floods in the area.
He further expressed that Specialist doctors from various fields, including Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology (Eye), Pediatrics, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Dentistry, along with a team of nurses, participated in the camp to offer consultations and treatment.
Over 450 people attended the camp, where they also received necessary medicines free of cost.
