Images of Manipur celebrated its 16th Foundation Day at its Lalambung Takhlellambam office, honouring key contributors to the state’s cultural heritage.
Hamom Dhani Meitei of Jiribam received the Lifetime Achievement Award for 2024–2025. The IOM STAR Award went to Asem Binoy Meitei of Langdum Makha Leikai, Keirao, for Meitei Pung. Nameirakpam Inaoshana Chanu of Bashikhong was awarded for Meitei Eshei, while Heisnam Mantosh @ Nanao of Thangmeiband Hijam Dewan Leikai received the Photography (Culture) award.
The event also elected new office bearers for 2025–2028, with Yumnam Nolini Leima as President, Nameirakpam Inaoshana Chanu as Vice President, and Jinendra Maibam as Secretary, alongside other key members.
