Dr Vijay Garg’s ‘Visual Dictionary’ released

A book titled Visual Dictionary, authored by noted writer and retired principal Dr Vijay Garg, was released at Dasmesh Girls Senior Secondary Public School, Badal.
The book was formally unveiled by Principal Harsimrat Kaur in the presence of senior faculty members and well-wishers of the institution.
Speaking on the occasion, Harsimrat Kaur praised Dr Vijay Garg’s contributions to the field of education and commended his literary efforts. She said the book would serve as a valuable learning resource for students and readers, helping them enhance their knowledge and language skills.
Explaining the objective behind the publication, Dr Vijay Garg said Visual Dictionary is an engaging and practical vocabulary guide that combines words with clear illustrations, making language learning more effective and enjoyable. Designed for students, language learners and general readers, the book promotes vocabulary development through visual understanding rather than rote memorisation.
He added that the book aims to strengthen communication skills, build confidence among learners and transform vocabulary acquisition into an interactive and accessible learning experience for people of all ages.
