The attestation parade of Border Security Force (BSF) Batch No. 251, comprising 164 newly inducted recruits, was held today at the Subsidiary Training Centre (STC), Churachandpur. Indra Deo Singh, (PPMDS, PMMS), Inspector General, attended the programme as chief guest. He reviewed the parade and took the salute of the parade.
The event was graced by dignitaries from civil administration, representatives from other Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), senior officers, troops, family members of the BSF personnel, students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, and media persons.
Today’s parade marked the conclusion of a rigorous 44-week basic training program, during which 164 Seema Paraharis, enrolled as Head Constables and Constables in various categories, demonstrated their discipline, skill, and dedication.
Following the parade, spectators enjoyed a series of cultural and martial arts displays, including a band performance by the Mizoram Cachar (M&C) Frontier, a Lazuim show, patriotic fusion dance, Indian martial arts, Unarmed Combat demonstrations and PT Jump Show.
