29th Foundation Day of CARD observed

The 29th Foundation Day of the Citizens’ Association for Rural Development (CARD) Wabagai, a conglomerate of 16 clubs in Wabagai, was observed today at the Wabagai Gram Panchayat Ground, Wabagai Yangbi.
The programme was attended by Pratap Leishangthem, General Secretary of the All Manipur United Clubs Organisation (AMUCO); Huidrom Keshwarjit, President of CARD; M. Bhubaneshwar, Founder President of CARD; Sanabam Khambi, Convenor of Yelhoumi Kanba Lup; Mayengbam Jayentakumar, former member of Wabagai ZP; and Yumnam Hemchand, former Pradhan of Wabagai Gram Panchayat as dignitaries.
During the event, awards were presented to women achievers. Thokchom Ningol Yengkokpam Ongbi Ibetombi received the Manipur Imasingi Luchingbi, Khundrakpam Ningol Mayengbam Ongbi Chandrajini was conferred with the Thouna Fabi Ima, and Laishram Ningol Sanabam Ongbi Khambi Leima was honoured with the Luchingbi Award 2025 of Yelhoumi Kanba Lup.
