National Service Scheme Cell Manipur University, successfully organized Yuva Samvad @2047 at the Senate Hall, Department of Earth Science. Manipur University today under the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav towards Amrit Kaal.
In the Youth Dialogue, Prof. W. Chandbabu Singh, Registrar, Manipur University as Chief Guest, Laishram Sarita Devi, former World Champion Boxer, Arjuna Awardee, additional SP Manipur Police Department. Dr. Urmika Maibam, faculty, Manipur University of Culture, “A” Grade approved Artist Prasar Bharati, Young Talent Awardee Manipur State Kala Academy, Moirangthem Raj Singh,CEO, Imphal Archery House,National Archer, as the Gust of Honors and Dr. M. Nodiyachand Singh, NSS-Cell Coordinator, Manipur University as the President of the function. Prof. Chandbabu expressed the needs of the Youths conclave for future India based on Panch Pran, which our prime minister addressed on 15th August 2022.
Laishram Sarita Devi encourages the youths by telling them about her struggle to become World Champion Boxer. Dr. Urmika Maibam also expressed the uniqueness of Manipur Culture.
The Moirangthem Raj Singh expressed the about the Stars up program on making Archery and encouraged the youths.
Dr. Maibam Nodiyachand Singh, explained the Panch Pran -1.Goal of development India, 2. Removal of any trace of slavery or colonial mindset,3. Take pride in over heritage and legacy,4. Unity and solidarity and 5. Sense of duty among citizens. Today NSS Cell started Youth Dialogue in the Manipur University and it will spread to whole NSS Units in Manipur under Manipur University.
There were 100 volunteers and 20 Programme Officers including Dr.S Sunil Singh NSS Unit-I PO, Dr.Macha Chaoreikanba, NSS Unit-II PO and Dr H Suraj Singh NSS Unit-III PO of Manipur University, in the program.
