Workshop on Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-Law 2024 held in Kakching

A one-day workshop on the Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-Law 2024 was held today at the Conference Hall of the Kakching Municipal Council. The programme was jointly organised by the Manipur Architects’ Forum (MAF) and the Kakching Municipal Council, and sponsored by the Town Planning Department, Government of Manipur.
The progamme was attended by N. Benju, Chief Town Planner, Y. Narmada, Retired Chief Town Planner, N. Gitkumar, Retired Chief Town Planner and President of Manipur Architects’ Forum, Aribam Joy Sharma, former President of Manipur Architects’ Forum, N. Sanjitkumar, Caretaker Chairperson of Kakching Municipal Council and L. Romesh, Senior Chief Executive Officer as dignitaries.
Members of the Manipur Architects’ Forum, caretaker councillors of the Kakching Municipal Council, caretaker chairpersons of Sugnu and Kakching Khunou Municipal Councils, as well as representatives of various CSOs, clubs, and other participants also took part in the workshop.
