Women vendors and caretakers of Thoubal Keithel today caught a woman along with stolen clothes.
Sources said that the woman caught by the women vendors is from Heirok. It said that earlier also she had indulged in similar incidents. She was caught when she came out of the market after stealing two shawls and some other clothes. Later, she had been handed over to Thoubal Police.
