The 21st Panthoibi Cultural Research Centre for Performing Arts (PACRECPA Society) has announced the recipients of “Nongpok Ningthou- Nongpok Panthoibi” award for the year 2016. The award distribution function will be held on March 22 at Lamyanba Sanglen, Palace Compound.
Three books – (Larei Lathum, Manipuri Laiharaobagi wapu amashung nunglen and Chow swasti ras humphumari) will be released at Lamyanba Sanglen Konung Mamamg Imphal on the day.A released said that “Life Time Achievement” award will be confer on to Moirangthem Kumar Singh and Laikhuram ongbi RK Sabitri Devi, Umanglai Haraoba award will be confer on to Umang Lai kanba Lup(UkAL),Journalist award given to Sapam Aruna.
