Imphal, March 29: Reacting to Chief Minister N. Biren Singh statement which he deliver on the inaugural day of the Madhavpur Mela at Porbandar district of Gujarat South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) said that the organisation will not allow anybody to convert the land into Hindu land.
Quoting Chief Minister N. Biren Singh statement at which he said, “In the time of Lord Krishna, there was no separate Arunachal Pradesh or Assam or Manipur. The entire Northeast was one entity. Now, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland are on the border of China. But Lord Krishna made them part of India during his time”, SEACO has such statement is unscrupulous statement.
The statement not only sold the Meitei community but also an insult to the Meitei community.
The organisation has been working whole heartedly for revival and protection of the indigenous culture, tradition and religion. The Hindu religion and indigenous Manipuri religion have lot of differences. Hindu’s supreme god Krishna has no way to have any connection with the Mongoloid people of the area.
“Hindu’s Supreme God Krishna was borne on Wednesday Midnight of 3228 BC July 19  at longitude 27 degree 25 inche and latitude 77 degree 41 inche and left for heavenly abode on February 18, 3102 BC. The Supreme God survived for 125 years”, the SEACO statement said.
It even said that nearly 10000 years before the Hindu Supreme God was borne, the Mongoloid had already learnt pottery making knowledge.
The SEACO also stated that there are evidences of pots which date back to nearly 20,000 years have been found inside secret Kangla fort.
SEACO also stated that no religion follower should consider their religion as superior from other religion. Every one should respect each religion.
“We have our own deity  Lainignthou Sanamahi and Eputhou Pakhangba. Hindu God Krishna is no superior to them”, the SEACO statement said.
It further added that any move to convert our land to Hindu land will be strongly face by SEACO.
