State government announcement about 24×7 potable water to all households of Wangbal Gram Panchayat of Khangabok Assembly constituency in Thoubal District on January 30 , 2019 turn another lie to fool the people, as the scheme fails to provide potable water.
A local resident of Khangabok area Ningombam Suramangol along with a team of media persons visited the condition of the Water supply scheme found no source of water for the scheme.
Water source is one pond located nearby but as it dried up the water supply scheme now fails.
