Imphal, October 1: Wards of the CAF&PD labourers today surrender their books to the Director of CAF & PD at FSC godown Sangaiprou at around 11.30 am. The books were surrendered as their parents could not pay the school fees for around 3 months. The parents of the Children who were labourers of the CAF&PD since the last 20 to 30 years had been deprived of their rights to works since they demanded for increase of the labour charges.
