The Pongringlong (Charoipandongba) PEIKAI (Thoubei Village court), Village Authority, Khllakpa, Women Society and Youth today jointly clarified towards the public general and any organisation apropos to the occurred incident of February 2 against Abdul Hakim, SDO Noney between Shejang and Pongringlong village NH-37 Kangpokpi District and other series of heinous crime that it were all absolutely without the knowledge and consent of the Pongringlong (Charoipandongba) village.
“Hitherto, the Pongringlong (Charoipandangba) village haven’t permitted nor allowed nor authorised any organisations to take refuge or harbourage within the jurisdiction of the Pongringlong (Charoipandongba) village. Subsequently, it sincerely and earnestly appeals to the public general and any organisations to avoid misconception against the Pongringlong village and further informed that any untoward incident for the aforesaid matter and in future shall not be held responsible by the Pongringlong (Charoipandongba) village”, a joint statement said.
The Village Authorities expressed strong condemnation of the inhuman act as unlawful and unethical nature.
