Imphal, Oct 24: Soon after the protest in front of Manipur University by Tribal Students’ body was put under controlled , supporters of the student’s body took the protest at National Highway. Report said around 10/20 youths came out at the street at Kangpokpi area in Senapati District and stopped all sort of vehicular movement along the route.
At Senapati and CCpur too unconfirmed report said that supporters of the tribal students’ body are taking the issue to National Highway. Trucks and passenger vehicles which were heading towards Imphal are reportedly stranded at many places along the High way.
