Kakching District United Clubs’ Organisation (KADUCO) under the supervision of the All Manipur United Club Organisation (AMUCO) had sponsored a tree plantation ceremony organised by SEPA Kakching Khunou. The initiative is being taken up to spread awareness among the people on the responsibility of each and every one of us in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, a statement by M. Manishwar General Secretary, Kakching District United Clubs Organisation (KADUCO) said.
Brand Ambassador of Chief Minister Green Mission, Valentina Elangbam who also present on the occasion was also honoured by the KADUCO before planting sapling at the surrounding of the club.
A simple memento was also presented to Valentina to encourage her passion for protection of the environment.
AMUCO president, Ph. Nando Luwang, and other representatives of various clubs were present on the occasion.
