URF (L) calls for non-cooperation movement

Armed group URF (Lanheiba) has called non-cooperation movement on Independence Day (August 15).
In a release jointly signed by Chairman, Lanheiba Meitei and Assistant Secretary, Publicity, Panthoileima appealed the people of the state to take up non-cooperation movement agitation by abstaining from participating in the 15 August celebration.
