UNC/NSCN (IM) is the blessing in disguise for Shri O Ibobi Singh. Shri Ibobi and Gaikhangam should stick to the point that until and unless UNC/NSCN (IM) give an assurance that no economic and bandh and blockade be called in future on two national highway, Gaidon Kamei and Stephen should not be released.
