Imphal, Jan 2: Moreh Police Commando team led by inspector P. Tarunkumar, OC CDO Moreh arrested a member of of KCP (Noyon group) from near Moreh Forest Gate at around 10.25 pm yesterday. The arrested person has been identified as Md Islamuddin @ Sanayai (27) s/o (L) Md. Nuruddin of Moreh Ward No. 5, Muslim Nagar Labuk Leikai. Police source said that the arrested member is working under Finance Secretary, s/s Captain Ramesh @ Yangba of KCP (Noyon group) who is staying at Aucheng, Myanmar. As per his disclosure he along with Zakir of Sora, Ethem of Mantripukhri and Bode of Sora extorted money from Imphal, Thoubal and Pallel areas.
