As part of its ongoing campaign, a team of Anti Drug Coordinating Committee, Imphal East has nabbed two women along with 41 packets of heroin No 4 today morning from Khumithok at around 7AM today.
According to Md Amu, Secretary of the committee for the second time the two women have been arrested for selling illegal drugs at the area. Along with the locals, the committee has decided to expel the two women from the area.
While appealing the people not to indulge in drug abuse, the committee seeks support in its effort to make a drug free society; he said that the committee received information of selling drugs at the area
