Imphal, Feb 20: A two days seminar on the theme “Northeast India Since 1947, Society, Polity and Economy with Especial Reference to the State of Manipur” kick off today at Manipur University (MU).
The two days seminar is jointly organised by MU and OKD Institute of Social Change and Development, Guwahati.
On the opening day of the seminar is attended by MU acting Vice Chancellor, Professor M Daneshwor, OKD Guwahati Director, Professor Bupen Sharma, Research Scholar of MU, College Teachers and Research Scholars.
Papers on different topic will be read out during the two days seminar.
