124th death anniversary of Wangkhei Meiraba was observed today at the memorial site of the patriot who had sacrificed his life fighting for the freedom of the erstwhile kingdom during Anglo Manipuri War in 1891 at Kakching Manao Ching.
The observance function organized by Peoples’ Museum Kakching was attended by MLA Y Surchandra and other members. Floral tributes were paid to the memorials of the leader.
