Imphal, May 9: Joint Action Committee against Drug and Alcohol, Thangmeiband yesterday evening staged a torch rally raising slogans to root out selling and using of drugs and alcohol from Manipur by initiating anti-drug drive from Thangmeiband.
The rally began from Thangmeiband United Club and passed through lanes of various segments of Thangmeiband area in Imphal West.
