A team of Cdo Thoubal led by Sachidananda Soibam, ASP(Ops) Thoubal and Inspt. N. Sadananda Singh, OC Cdo Thoubal under the supervision of Dr. S. Ibomcha Singh, Superintendent of Police, Thoubal District arrested one youth viz Heigrujam Punshiba Singh (21) s/o (L) H. Shamungou Singh of Khongjom Sangaikhong along with 2 (two) packets containing 4000 numbers of WY tablets and 3 (three) caps i.e. @ 12 grams each all together 36 grams of Heroin No. 4 powder from Wangjing near YK College. The arrested person along with the seized articles are being handed over to Thoubal PS for further necessary legal action.
