CCpur , July19 : A strong wind which occurred on 7th February midnight blew off the tin roof of Bongbal JP School, which was not published in Any daily news paper and even in Social media. Bongbal village was situated under SINGAT CONSTITUENCY some 40km away from the main town of Churachandpur . Talking to the village authority Pu Letkholal@ David told that On 7th February 2017 a high winds are blamed for roof damage of JP School the only elementary school where the village children study up to class V, with a 57 students. The wind was strong enough to lift and blow away the school. Five months has passed but the Authority didn’t turn up so the village authority had given permission to use Village community halls as a class room. The village authority had sought the help of NGOs, Government Authority and other students organizations to rebuild the school building but no ones pay a heed as the village was far away from the main town and as communication were difficult no ones want to visit and see how the village life was
