The government should increase the intake capacity of the Students to accommodate the students-AMSU

The Manipur Government should increase the intake capacity for the Higher Secondary students to accommodate the students. It is a very proud movement for the state Government that the students rushed to admit higher secondary in the Imphal area.
During Covid -19 2nd wave HSLC examination promoted all the students by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) and the pass percentage is very low so the AMSU also submitted a memorandum on August 3  to the Governor, Chief Minister, Education Minister and Education department official to increase intake capacity for the students.
AMSU further expressed that during the pandemic covid-19 period the parents complained about many cases relating to schools. The pandemic has rendered low-income families and helpless as such the children have no choice available to private schools.
AMSU appealed to the Government of Manipur and Higher education Department official to increase intake capacity. The government needs some kind of arrangement to gave the way for the students to continue their studies.
