Thangmeiband Apunba Nupi Lup today demanded capital punishment for he police personnel involved in the killing of Class XI student Sapam Robinhood. The organisation also said that both Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam should be held responsibility of the death of the students and further demanded resignation of the MLA if they fail to enforce Inner Line Permit System in the state. The organisation also condole the demise of Sapam Robinhood and said that there will be no turning back to the demand for implementation of ILP in the state.
