Imphal, Feb 27: Tension still remain high in Khundrakpam Assembly constituency following attempt to arrest a police sub inspector by a team of Imphal east police team. Report said that a team of election observer went at the site to inspect the condition by large number of protestors resisted them thinking that they ar government officials.
