The much awaited bilateral talk between the members of the JCILPS and the state Government headed by Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh began today at Chief Minister Office. Yesterday, the Covenor in-charge of the JCILPS, Kh. Ratan had said that they are ready to hold talk with the state government over the framing of a legislation for introduction of Inner Line Permit System in the state. Details of the talk is awaiting.
