Susindro launches mobile app to connect with Khurai constituents

Khurai MLA L. Susindro has launched ‘Susindro Connect’, a mobile application designed to improve transparency in development works and welfare scheme implementation while providing constituents with a direct channel to raise grievances.

Speaking at the launch, Susindro said residents could use the app to report issues concerning roads, healthcare, water supply and waste management. Ward-level committees comprising local residents would monitor development activities and help address public concerns.

The platform will also provide information and application facilities for welfare schemes, including the E-Scheme and Tamohal Scheme, along with assistance such as washing machines and iPads for eligible beneficiaries.

People planning to get married can also apply for relevant assistance through the app, with submissions expected to begin in November.

The app will additionally feature information on sports and disaster management. A separate educational website, susindroeducation.in, has also been developed to support educational initiatives.
