SUK denounces the killing of Korimayum Nargish

Students’ Union of Kangleipak (SUK) has strongly condemned the alleged killing of Korimayum Nargish, 20, daughter of Md Ahamed Ali and Mumtaj of Lilong Houreibi Makha Leikai.
Denouncing the killing, the student organization, in a statement, urged the Government to apprehend the culprits at the earliest and demanded stringent punishment to the offenders.
The association commiserated with the deceased’s kins and prayed to God to give them the grit to bear the loss, the organization said, adding that, Nargish’s killing is deemed to be against the whole student community of the state.
Korimayum Nargish went missing on December 22. She was later found dead suspiciously at the bank of Imphal River in Lilong Haoreibi Makha Leikai Konjil near Thambal Academy School.
