Students ransack

Demanding to resume normal classes which have been suspended in most of the colleges of the state due to the cease work strike of All Manipur College Teachers Association (AMCTA), students of Modern College burnt college property including benches and desks this noon.
Speaking to media, Chanam Amujao, Finance Secretary, Modern College Student’s Union said that there are no classes in most of the colleges of the Manipur since 18 February, 2015.  Various students’ organizations had demanded the government to bring an amicable solution of the ongoing strike of AMCTA as the semester exams are nearing.
