Students hospitalised after assault by teacher

A student of Douglas memorial high school Rengkai reportedly beaten seriously by his teacher on October 18 was hospitalised in serious condition. The student is identified as  lalsonlian (16) son of làlkhogen of Neihsial veng of ccpur a student of Class VII has been admitted to district hospital, while the teacher involved in the incident has been identified as Anthony Vanlalhrier son of Lalroleng of Muollhum village.
