With the Class X and XII board examinations , the All Manipur Students’ Guardians’ Organization has issued a strong advisory urging parents, teachers, and students to adhere to examination rules and maintain discipline.
The organization highlighted the importance of conducting exams fairly and warned against any violations of examination guidelines. It emphasized that strict actions would be taken against those attempting to disrupt the process. Parents have been advised to avoid gathering near examination centers, as such activities could create disturbances. Additionally, picnics and unnecessary gatherings around exam centers have been strictly prohibited to ensure a smooth examination process.
Authorities have also been instructed to enforce strict monitoring measures. Examination duty personnel, including invigilators and school authorities, have been directed to prevent any form of malpractice. Law enforcement agencies will be deployed to maintain order, and the Board and Council have assured strict action against any individuals or groups attempting to influence the examination process unfairly.
The organization appealed to parents to allow their children to appear for exams with sincerity and not to engage in activities that could compromise the integrity of the process. It also urged teachers to uphold ethical standards and assist in maintaining a fair examination environment. Flying squads and inspection teams will be actively monitoring the exam centers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Further, the organization requested the authorities to prevent power outages during examination hours and ensure an uninterrupted supply of electricity. It also called upon all concerned parties, including schools under the All Manipur Private Schools Welfare Association, to cooperate fully in conducting the exams smoothly.
