Imphal, July 19: Chingamathak College Road Youths Development Association lauded Oinan Romen Singh for installing street lamp at Chingamathak college road.
In a press statement, Secretary of the association N. Boynao said that the road has been left neglected for many years by the concern department to install street lamp at the area despite of frequent request to the concerned department.
