The Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, will conduct a State Level General Provident Fund (GPF) Adalat on 29 December 2025 to address grievances of GPF subscribers across the state.
The Adalat will be organised from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, Imphal. The initiative aims to expedite the settlement of pending complaints related to GPF accounts of State Government employees.
According to the press release, the Adalat will focus on resolving issues such as missing credits or unposted deposits, non-receipt or errors in GPF statements, final payment claims related to retirement or death, residual balance payments, allotment of new account numbers, transfer of GPF balances, and corrections pertaining to name, date of birth, and other official details. Matters related to GPF Online Service registration will also be taken up.
Also, a demonstration of the newly introduced Online GPF Version 2.0 will be held to familiarise subscribers with improved digital services for convenient account management.
Subscribers have been encouraged to register their grievances in advance through the designated Google Form link https://forms.gle/QPxB4VR59sUYSUvWA . Complaints may also be sent via email to thshyamk.man.ae@cag.gov.in. Officials advised that all information submitted should match service records to facilitate timely redressal.
Participants have been requested to bring original documents, if necessary, for verification during the Adalat.
