Manipur Government has granted PAP to two foreign nationals, who are visiting the state from 3rd to 17th February, 2015.
Sources said that the two foreign nationals, namely, Lee Shing Yiu, a British citizen and Pui Yan Mang, a Chinese citizen, are visiting the state under “University Student Sponsorship Program in Wildlife Conservation”.
It is also said that in this regard, Joint Secretary (Home), Government of Manipur has written to the Joint Secretary (Foreigners), Government of India stating that the State Government has intimated ‘no objection’ to the grant of PAP if clearance is given by Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
