And immediately constitute a committee to monitor the flow of foreigner at Moreh, Jiribam, Ccpur and Mao.The all political party meeting which was held at the chamber of Chief Minister Okram Ibobi will be another unfruitful one like the one which was form in the case of assault and humiliation on Momoko and Indo-Myanmar border fencing issues. The letter was written by the then Home Minister Sinde to Principal Secretary Home government of Manipur in July 9 2012. It said that the state government cannot extend the ILP to state in terms of Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation Act 1873 which is applicable only in the Northeast state Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh. As a political party of state, BJP has no single representative in the Manipur Legislature Assembly. BJP though that the 60 MLAs are representatives of Manipur people.
