Advocates in the state abstained their duty today as the All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) today staged a silent protest rally against bandh/blockades / Genral Strikes/ Public Curfew. With advocates taking the roads all cases scheduled today has been suspended and relisted on convenient days.
Placards and banner which denounces bandh blockades or public curfew were carried during the rally which began from 11 am from Chierap Court Complex at Uripok. The rally snakes through the streets of Imphal Kwairambandh Keithel and returned back from Western gate of Kangla and concluded at the Chierap Court Complex.
