The proscribed outfit Socialist Revolutionary Party (SOREPA), Kangleipak has condoled the demise of a cadre of the Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL).
In a press note issued today, SOREPA Secretary (Publicity & Organization) M.C. Yaiphabi stated that Private Chirom Bebe @ Thapa (34), S/O Ch. Chaoba and Ch. Khaibi of Waikhong Tamsan Leikai Khong Maril, succumbed in an unfortunate incident during the course of the ongoing movement in the early morning of October 20, 2026.
Expressing sorrow over the incident, SOREPA conveyed its respect to the deceased revolutionary and stated that the organization shares the grief of the bereaved family and the KYKL organization.
The outfit concluded the note with the slogans “Yawol Lanthengna Yaifare, Loumi Sinmina Yaifare, Apunba Miyamna Yaifare”.
