Chief of the army of KCP (Taibanganba) identified as Lt. Col. Thongam Kanba @ Punsi (32), son of Th. Tomi of Koirengei Bazar under heingang Poilce station today died of drug overdose inside the designated camp located at the 7 AR Bn HQ.KCP (Taibanganba) group is under suspension of operation with the government of Manipur and the army. According to report he was admitted to Churachandpur district hospital today morning.
