Noney Battalion of Loktak Brigade under the aegis of Red Shield Division organised an,Awareness workshop on “Soil Erosion and its Effects”, at Kotlein. A lecture programme was also conducted for the locals where they were briefed,with the help of Audio/Visual aids, causes, effects and prevention of soil erosion. The villagers thanked the Battalion for the same, a PIB Defence wing statement said.
