An organization called the Social Warrior extended help to the victims of Moreh incidents that took place on August 18.
The organisation handed over the relief materials, such as Rice, Salt, Oil and Potatoes etc. to the authority of Meetei Council Moreh (MCM) and All Community Development Organization, Moreh (ACODOM) at Kondong Lairembi Harabung on Friday and to KSO Chandel district at Pallel.
Speaking to the media persons, convener of the Social Warrior Kaminikumar Keisam said that the incident which happened at Moreh on August 18 was very unfortunate and appealed the people of the state not to repeat such act which have the potential of sparking communal clash in the state.
MCM, President while appreciating the civil society organization of the state added that the government of Manipur should take initiatives to prevent any such incidents in future.
