Imphal, Sept 2: Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur Bishnupur Unit in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Bishnupur District inaugurated a 3 months Skill Upgradation Programme on Soap & Detergent. Hairiba houdokpagi thouram aduda Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) District Coordinator Lisham Marjit Singh, Social Worker Mv. Jakir and Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur Bishnupur Unit Secretary N. Lakhikanta were present as dignitaries at the inaugural ceremony. 25 trainees are participating in the Training programme.
